Saxon Spoons Returns & Cancellations

Our commitment is to provide you with the finest artisanal food products and culinary experiences. Should you encounter an issue, please review our specific policies below.

1. Artisanal Food Products (Online Marketplace & Subscription Boxes)

Due to the perishable nature of many of our food items, we generally do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours with specific details and photos.
• Non-Perishable Goods: Unopened, non-perishable goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Virtual Culinary Workshops & Culinary Heritage Tours

Our experiences are unique and often have limited capacities. Our cancellation policy reflects this:

• Workshops: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or a future workshop at our discretion.
• Tours: Due to the extensive planning involved, cancellations for culinary heritage tours must be made 30 days prior to the tour start date for a full refund. Cancellations between 15-29 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
• Force Majeure: In the unlikely event Saxon Spoons must cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
